We can support almost any kind of desktop, laptop, and tablet or server computer. And most operating system products from Microsoft, Novell, and Apple. Also, Cisco routers and switches and any current wireless components.

I mean what kind of support?
Regular maintenance of your computer systems to maintain optimum productivity, hardware and software analysis and upgrades, server installations, wireless network installations, hard drive crash recovery and virus removal, backup solutions, staff supplementation, purchase recommendations, and IT project management.

How is JD Tech different from the competition?
Technically we're very knowledgeable and extremely skilled at problem solving. We're also "User Friendly", believing strongly in cultivating a good relationship with our customers through clear communication and friendly interaction.

Wow, that's a lot! Is there anything you don't do?
Yes, unlike many companies, we don't provide Internet service or repair service for copiers and printers. We don't sell mobile phones or install satellite dishes. We do Windows but we don't do dishes and we don't take advantage of our customers!

Will you come all the way out to my business?
We're located in downtown South Bend so we can easily support any business in Mishawaka, Elkhart, Niles, and St. Joseph, or anywhere else in Michiana. We can also travel to Warsaw, Bremen, Plymouth, LaPorte, and Michigan City.
