Hourly Invoicing (As Needed)
For businesses that have only occasional problems with their computers. We'll provide the necessary support when you need it then send you an invoice.
Service Contracts
Service contracts are meant to provide our clients with a dedicated technician at their location for a certain number of hours or days per week. Normally this type of contract extends for six to twelve months and usually includes lower hourly rates.
Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance contracts are a way of maintaining the health and operation of your computer equipment. For a given cost per computer per month we will provide time and materials to maintain your systems. The actual cost per computer will vary based on make, model, components, and age.
Project Work
For large or one-time support needs such as an operating system roll-out, network design and installation, or mass computer upgrade we can provide a quote based on our estimation of time and material required to complete the work.
